Warren Vienneau
Burl floral vases and ikebanas

A native of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Warren earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. A pre-med candidate, Warren decided not to continue with medical school, opting for a factory job in his home town while pursuing his growing interest and expertise in woodworking. In 1982, Warren acquired his first lathe and started producing lamps, clocks and other home furnishings. He soon began to concentrate on floral vases; his first professional show was so successful that he was "booked" for the next year. Warren's unique vases are now featured in select galleries around the United States as well as Japan, Europe, Saudi Arabia and South America.
